Puppy School

Our Puppy Pre-School Classes are in full swing, our lovely Vet Nurse Jess runs the courses which are suitable for:

• • Puppies aged between 8 and 16 weeks at the start of the course
  • Puppies who have had at least their first vaccination

Puppy Pre-school runs one evening a week over four weeks.

We have created this programme to help guide you and your new fur family member through the fun and challenging first few weeks of new ‘puppiness’ and to help you with their socialisation which is critical at this time.

The class sizes (up to six puppies) are kept small to avoid overwhelming the pupils and to provide them with the best experience possible.

Along with socialisation and basic training we will share advice on:

• • Your puppy’s development
  • Setting up your home and creating a safe space
  • Nutritional and veterinary care
  • Toilet Training
  • Biting
  • Jumping
  • Digging
  • Getting them used to coming into our veterinary clinic, to name a few…
