What is involved in a dog grooming?

Your dog will be bathed using professional shampoo and conditioner in our hydrobath. Their relaxing bath will be followed by a fluff dry, coat styling by clipping and cutting and ending in a full brush out.

Our styling varies on the degree of service you require.

A full pampering service involves clipping all over, trimming legs, plucking ears and clipping nails if indicated, a full bath and blow dry. Dogs such as Poodles, Schnauzers, Bichon Frise and Maltese normally have this level of styling.

Other long-haired breeds may not require clipping but need a brush out, bath, blow dry and nail clip if indicated. This is popular for Rough Collies, Samoyed and Retrievers etc.

The process of styling your dog will vary with each breed. Some breeds take a lot longer time than others due to length, type and state of coat.

 

When can it be performed?

Pet pampering is performed on most days of the week .

You can leave your pet with us for the whole day for convenience or opt for a specific morning or afternoon service.

Please be aware that a dog grooming is time consuming with several steps and is not like a human haircut that is completed within a half hour.
